Out of Hours Guidance

Hours of Operation:
Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Please note that emails are not monitored outside of these hours.

Out of Hours Support:
If you experience any urgent issues outside of office hours, please use the on-call number provided below to receive assistance.

Escalation Guidelines:
Please contact the on-call number if any of the following issues arise outside of office hours:

  1. Staff Attendance Issues:
    • If a staff member is (or expects to be) late for a shift.
    • If a staff member does not turn up for a shift.
  2. Technical Issues:
    • If the ACP (Access Care Plan) system is not functioning correctly. (after completing the following):
  1. Check you have a good network connection
  2. Do a sync on the app
  3. If problem persist go to the settings and do a CLEAN SYNC.

 

The on-call team is available to provide support and direction for these specific situations only. For all other queries or non-urgent concerns, please contact us via email during normal office hours.
